Instructions

To earn continuing education credit, do the following:

1. Watch complete program.
2. Complete the post-test and evaluation form at www.saxetesting.com/vh.
3. To earn1.0 contact hours of continuing education, you must achieve a score of 70% or more. If you do not pass the test you may take it over one more time.
4. Your results will be issued immediately after completing the post-test and evaluation.
5. Program expires on August 21, 2016. Check this website for renewal dates on programs.
